San Gimiano Return Policy:
1. Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 2 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Conditions: Returns are accepted if the item is damaged, or if the size is incorrect (too small or too large).
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product the day you receive your product will be counted aswell.
4. Non-Eligible Returns: Any return requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted.
5. Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
6. Refunds and Replacements: Once the return is approved, refunds or replacements will be processed promptly. Please note that any applicable refund charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
